Training Manager – Linda Mabry
Mrs. Linda Mabry is Founder and Executive Director of Women Changing Lives, LLC. A faith based non-profit recovery support group organization. She retired from Procter and Gamble Co., after 29 years of dedicated service and leadership in Finance and Product Supply organizations.
In 2013, Mrs. Mabry acknowledged her direct calling in ministry to launch a faith based recovery support group. She initiated the launch of the nationally known Celebrate Recovery, and subsequently “Women Celebrating Life Recovery” at her former church. Linda’s passion and focus is helping broken women discover their true identity in Christ while applying spiritual recovery principles. She loves to tell God’s story about her life of brokenness, addiction, guilt, shame, and healing. The kind of healing that comes from having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. She understands that recovery is where healing begins but a life transformed is what we desire.
Since 2016, “Women Changing Lives” has provided faith based recovery services volunteering with the Hamilton County Justice Center Recovery Pod. The recovery pod was established because of the heighten number of women incarcerated due to the city’s drug epidemic. Linda holds her CDCA II (Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant) license with the State of Ohio.
She volunteers as a VPC (Volunteer Peer Counselor) from the Eve Center – a local Christ centered women’s non-profit organization. Linda also serves as the Director of Recovery Services with The Four-Seven.org, a local non-profit organization, a volunteer based ministry which serves men and women incarcerated in state prisons.
Mrs. Mabry truly believes the scripture verses in Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 reminds us that there is “A Time for Everything”, for everything there is a season, a time for every activity under the heaven”.
